If you are joining for the first time, click Purchase a 2025 Membership and follow the account instructions to set up an account.  

If you are a returning member, click login to access your account. IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR LOGIN, PLEASE CLICK FORGOT PASSWORD TO THE RIGHT OF TH LOGIN FIELDS RATHER THAN CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

Membership registration requires member account photos for all individual over the age of 2 years. You will be prompted to upload photos before completing registration.

Please note you must first purchase your membership before registering for programs (swim lessons, swim team, etc.).  

When registering for programs be careful to choose/register the proper family member for the correct class or team.

To REGISTER BY MAIL

  1. Download, print, and complete the 2025 membership application: (for printable copy click here)

  2. Mark if you are a new member

  3. List any children taking swimming lessons in the designated section with the class #. Refer to the Swim Lesson brochure for the class numbers. (for printable copy of the 2025 Swim Lesson Brochure click here)

  4. List any children registering for the swim and/ or diving team in the section designated. Please note on the application whether or not they are a new or returning team member, and swimmer or diver.

  5. List the fees for each activity in the space allocated at the far right.

  6. Total all fees in the space provided at the bottom of the application.

  7. All members must sign the Member Activity Waiver on the back of the membership application and Conduct Code for the application to be accepted.

  8. If registering for swim and/or dive team, please complete the appropriate information and volunteer forms.

  9. Mail the application with signed member activity waiver (and swim/dive team information form) and payment (checks payable to “Fanny Chapman Pool”) to:

    Or you may return the completed forms to the Fanny Chapman Pool office during one of the designated registration times starting April 26th. If we’re not there, you may choose to drop it through the mail slot.
