No swimming is permitted in any pool unless a lifeguard is on duty.  Socializing with on-duty lifeguards is not permitted.


ATTIRE - Swimmers must wear clean and appropriate swim-wear. Swimming in cutoffs, long pants, or street clothes is not permitted. Infants, toddlers, and others in diapers are mandated by PA State Law to have rubber pants over the swim diaper and under the swimsuit.


BABY POOL - Children under age 6 or at/under the height indicated on the sign are welcome to swim in the baby pool. Children in the baby pool area must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.


UPPER POOL - All members and guests age 18 or older are welcome on the upper deck, and in its pool, during general swim times. Swim lanes are to be shared.


SUPERVISION - Children under age 9, and all children in the baby pool area, must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. After 5PM, all children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult.


WATER DEPTH - Children accompanied (1:1) by an adult are permitted in water depth up to the adult’s shoulders. Children under age 14 are required to pass the Deep-water Test in order to swim in water above their shoulders or use the diving pool.


DEEP-WATER TEST - Swimmers must successfully swim two widths of freestyle with their face in the water (rotary/side breathing) and tread water for one minute while rotating. Members and guests have the option to pre-schedule a deep-water test date & time.


POOL TOYS - Swim noodles, kick boards, and dive toys are permitted in the main pool daily after 5PM.  Additional personal flotation devices (subject to management approval) are permitted in the main pool after 5PM on Wednesdays and Fridays.


DIVING - Diving from the side of the pool is restricted to forward dives only in designated areas. All diving off the diving boards will be with one bounce. Divers must exit pool via ladders.


FOOD & DRINK - Light snacks and drinks are permitted in the pool complex, provided that trash is properly disposed of. The playground area should be utilized for meals/picnics. Chewing gum, drinking alcohol, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool complex, playground, or parking lot.


CONDUCT - The following behavior is not permitted: a) hanging, tugging, or sitting on lane lines or section ropes b) running, pushing, dunking, excessive splashing, or unruly behavior. Smoking is not permitted in the pool complex, playground, or parking lot. Management has the right to remove patrons disrupting the health and safety of others.


PREMISES - Skateboards, skates, roller blades, bikes, and scooters are not permitted on pool premises.  Management has the right to limit the number of patrons in the facility in compliance with PA State Regulations. All members and guests must vacate the pool complex no later than 15 minutes after pool closing.


WEATHER - The swimming pools and decks will be cleared of all persons during thunderstorms for at least 30 minutes, and perhaps longer, due to weather conditions. No refunds will be made for facility closure due to weather.


LOST & FOUND - Pool management is not responsible for for lost or stolen possessions. As a convenience, a Lost & Found bin is provided.




  1. No swimming unless a lifeguard is on duty.
  3. No diving.  Starting blocks are not for public use.
  5. No smoking, food, beverages (except for water), alcohol, or drugs.
  7. This is a lap pool; all patrons must yield to the lap swimmers.
  9. Lap lanes must be shared during busy peak pool days.
  11. Management may remove any patron for disrupting the health, safety, or enjoyment of other patrons.
  13. All pool decks will be cleared of any persons during thunderstorms for a period of no less than 30 minutes or longer depending on weather conditions.
  15. No refunds due to inclement weather.
  17. Pool management is not responsible for any lost or stolen possessions.
  19. All pools are subject to compliance with PA Public Swimming and Bathing Code, Chapter 18.
